  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    You may cancel your appointment free of charge up until the status is confirmed. If you cancel once your appointment is confirmed there is a 25% cancellation fee. We do not issue refunds of any kind within 24 hours of your service appointment.
  • Do I need to provide any equipment or supplies?
    No. Our agents are self contained and competent for the services you book. If you would like our agents to utilize your supplies you may indicate that in the app when you book your service appointment. If you have a pet we ask that our agents use your vacuum so as to not spread any unwanted allergents to other users.
  • How do I pay for my cleaning service?
    Tidy Coop requires payment to confirm any appointment first. We prioritize security and do not take payment direclty over the phone. For appointments made offline, you will receive a secure email with paylink to confirm your appointment. Payment is not distributed to the cleaner until after the job is confirmed completed. We do offer a guarantee for the work, even after an in-person final walk through. Please give our cleaner notice and they will work to make it right asap. If they are not available, please contact us directly and we will assist in the best way possible*. *restrictions apply
  • Will I always have the same cleaning team?
    Tidy Coop bookings are homeowner driven, so you are able to select your cleaner before any booking is confirmed. If your cleaner is unavailable, Tidy Coop may substitute a cleaner to prioritize your booking date and time. You may have 1 or 2 people clean the home and they may be male or female. We are unable to guarantee the same cleaner for every booking.
  • Can my animals be out while my house is being cleaned?
    We love to clean for our pet loving customers. Please let us know in advance what kind of pets you have so we do not startle them or accidentally let them outside. We also ask that you secure your pets before we arrive to clean. We do not want to make them nervous.
  • Something was missed, what do I do?
    Relax, if you did an in-person final walk through, we offer a satisfaction guarantee for services. Please do not go directly to our reviews and bash Tidy Coop. Please start with contacting your cleaner to rectify what was missed. If you are unable to reach your cleaner directly, we are able to provide options direclty at rooster@tidycoop.com or call/txt 719-422-6717. We are here to make sure the job is completed within the scope and outline of our service levels advertised. Ultimately, we value you as a homeowner and value our cleaning team and are here to assist all users for the best possible outcome.

  • What is included in the Standard Clean Plus?
    The Tidy Coop Standard Clean Plus includes all elements of the Standard clean plus: +baseboards +interior windows (clean and polish glass)
  • I need to order appliances to my maitenance clean.
    A Tidy Coop deep clean is the the minimum service level that includes interior and exterior home appliances. These items are not able to be added to a standard maitenance clean. If you have a regularly scheduled maitenance plan with us, appliances can be added on an as needed basis. Please reach out to set up reocurring home cleaning if this is desired.
  • How long is a Standard clean?
    Our cleaners, known as the best home cleaners in Colorado Springs, prioritize quality over time. While there's no strict time limit for cleaning, a standard maintenance clean is generally allotted 3.5 hours at most. If a larger home books a maitenance clean, the addtional cost included for the service is meant to account for extra time needed to complete the job. If it is obvious that the scope of the work is not alligned with the job ordered (ie: the home is much larger than the service order, or it is in a condition that we are unable to reasonably complete) we will default to the time blocked and suggest a follow up.
  • What is included in a Tidy Coop Deep Clean?
    Our Tidy Coop deep cleaning services includes all the elements of the Standard clean + deep clean elements.   • What is included in the Tidy Coop Deep Clean Deluxe?
    The Tidy Coop Deep Clean Deluxe includes all the Deep Clean elements plus: + baseboards + interior windows (clean and polish glass)
  • How long is a Deep Clean
    Our cleaners are not bound by time when cleaning a home, however, a deep clean is blocked for 4.5 hours. If a larger home books a maitenance clean, the addtional cost included for the service is meant to account for extra time needed to complete the job. If it is obvious that the scope of the work is not alligned with the job ordered (ie: the home is much larger than the service order, or it is in a condition that we are unable to reasonably complete) we will default to the time blocked and suggest a follow up.
  • What is included in a Tidy Coop Move Out Clean?
    The Tidy Coop Standard move in/out cleaning service is a approx. 4-6 hour block for full house clean and disinfecting great for rental home properties, single family home owners moving out and real estate professionals needing a proper move in clean. Dust surfaces, ceiling fans and vent covers Clean and disinfect kitchen surfaces and appliances Clean inside and outside cabinets, drawers, pantry and closets Clean and disinfect bathroom sinks & surfaces Scrub and disinfect toilets Scrub and disinfect shower and bathtubs Vacuum, sweep and mop all floors Dust baseboards, trim, doors and walls and spot clean where needed
  • How long does a move out clean take?
    The Tidy Coop Move Out cleaning service is a 4-6 hour block for full house depp clean and disinfecting great for rental home properties, single family home owners moving out and real estate professionals needing a proper move in clean. Our cleaners are not constrained by time, but if a job is anticipated to take longer than 6 hours we will default to the time block reserved, prioritize based on your instruction and recommend a follow-up. Tidy Coop books solo cleaners and they may have helpers who are background checked.
  • Can Tidy Coop help with a heavy duty clean?
    Tidy Coop Pro can assist with heavy duty cleaning, commercial cleaning and exterior residential cleaning jobs. Please email rooster@tidycoop.com for more info.

Payments Accepted

The Coop app is 100% app driven with secure contactless payment options. Payment required to confirm any appointment with a cleaners. Payment is not distributed until work is confirmed complete. 

Cancellation Policy

We know schedules can change in an instant and we do our best to offer flexible options for these occasions. 

After booking your service through Tidy Coop our agents are notified of the job. You are permitted to cancel your booking before an agent confirms your request at no cost to you. 

Once your booking is confirmed you are permitted to cancel before 24 hours with a 25% service charge. There will be no refund if cancelled day of when agent is on the way. 

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you want to take advantage of the Tidy Coop Satisfaction Guarantee, you must be there for a walk-through once cleaning is complete. If you are not there and something listed in our task list was missed we will return asap to complete no questions asked.
