How soon must I cancel my appoinment?

You may cancel your appointment free of charge up until the status is confirmed. If you cancel once your appointment is confirmed there is a 25% cancellation fee. We do not offer refunds of any kind within 24 hours of your service appointment.

Do I need to provide any equipment or supplies?

No. Our agents are self contained and competent for the services you book. If you would like our agents to utilize your supplies you may indicate that in the app when you book your service appointment. If you have a pet we ask that our agents use your vacuum so as to not spread any unwanted allergents to other users.

How do I pay for my cleaning service?

The Coop app is 100% app driven and we collect payment via Stripe within the app.

Will I always have the same cleaning team?

We will do our best to keep the same service providers available but it is a first come first serve basis and there is a chance that your agent may be unavailable when you are requesting your service. You may have 1 or 2 people clean the home and they may be male or female. We are unable to guarantee the same cleaner for every booking.

Can my animals be out while my house is being cleaned?

We love to clean for our pet loving customers. Please let us know in advance what kind of pets you have so we do not startle them or accidentally let them outside. We also ask that you secure them as appropriate in case visitors make them nervous.

Cancellation Policy

We know schedules can change in an instant and we do our best to offer flexible options for these occasions. 

After booking your service through the COOP app, our agents are notified of the job. You are permitted to cancel your booking before an agent confirms your request at no cost to you. 

Once your booking is confirmed you are permitted to cancel before 24 hours with a 25% service charge. There will be no refund if cancelled day of when agent is on the way. 

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you want to take advantage of the Coop Satisfaction Guarantee I must be there for a walk-through once cleaning is complete.
