To find detailed pricing information, visit the BOOK SERVICES page, select your state, and then 'Next' to choose your date, cleaner, and home size. Tidy Coop will approve and send an invoice for payment to confirm. Payment is required to confirm your appointment and is held securely until the job is complete. We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If something is missed, we will make it right.

You can cancel your appointment for free until it is confirmed. After confirmation, a 25% cancellation fee applies. No refunds are issued within 24 hours of the appointment, but rescheduling may be possible. For cancellations, contact us at rooster@tidycoop.com or call 719-422-6717.

No. Our agents are self contained and competent for the services you book. If you would like our agents to utilize your supplies you may indicate that in the app when you book your service appointment.

If you have a pet we ask that our agents use your vacuum so as to not spread any unwanted allergents to other users.

Payment is required to confirm any appointment. We prioritize security and do not take payment over the phone. For offline appointments, you will receive a secure email with a pay link. We love cleaning for our pet-loving customers! Please let us know in advance what kind of pets you have so we don't startle them or accidentally let them outside. We also ask that you secure your pets before we arrive to clean to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
