🏠 As we get ready for the cozy season here are some tips to make that seamless transition to sweater weather.

	​Clean oven and microwave.
	Have heater inspected before cold months.
	Wrap insulation around outdoor faucets and pipes in unheated garages.
	Drain and store hoses, and drain in-ground sprinkler systems.
	Check for frayed cords and wires.
	Inspect exterior and interior door hardware; fix squeaky handles and loose locks.
	Remove leaves and debris from gutters.
	Install gutter guards.
